The purpose of this guide is to explain a particular map as detailed as possible with the necessary images and information.

If there is anything you do not agree with on this guide, feel free to add it to the talk page before posting it into the guide!

BasicsEdit

  • Having a basic zombie escape gameplay experience before playing this map is highly recommended for the higher levels!
  • Knowing how to use Special Items and characters (By default it's using the knife/character & E/Specials Items)
  • You must have NO knowledge about the Elder Scroll series at all.
  • Some free Hard Disk Space (around 220mb) since it is a gigantic map.
  • Read the weapons articles to set up a good weapon-set before playing.
  • It can be very, very helpful if you play the map once on your own to learn all the spots and routes on each different level.

Here is a list of important information that you SHOULD know before playing this map:

SpawnsEdit


There are always 3 spawns at the beginning of each round which all lead to a wall teleporter to the area of the current stage.

At the spawns:

  • You can always buy weapons and equipment everywhere on the spawn map before you teleport or get teleported. Once teleported, there is no turning back.
  • You can go to either the human shop or the zombie shop depending on what you are selected for.
  • All humans and zombies left behind in the spawn will automatically be teleported at the zombie teleport location.
  • Zombies and/or humans who die will be resurrected at the spawn. There is the wall that teleport you to the current part of the round (or just before)

LevelsEdit


  • There are 5 stages:
    • Stage 1: Helgen
    • Stage 2: Whiterun
    • Stage 3: Road to Dwemer Ruins
    • Stage 4: Dwemer Ruins
    • Stage 5: Sovngarde

Items (pickable)Edit


In the map there are 4 items that you can pick:

- The Freezer stick (Stage 1 : in the house near the dragon ): it slow zombies and has only 3 shoots.

- The Heal stick (Stage 2 and 5 : in the house before the dragon's fight ): it heal humans around.

  • Stage 2: Only one use /
  • Stage 5: Max 2 use. The user gain 25 points per use (change nothing to his level).

- The Torch (Stage 3 ): it light dark area, during 65 seconds

- The Elder Scroll (Stage 4 and 5): It is located in the Treasure Room at stage 4 but it can only be used in the stage 5. If you didn't finished the Stage 4 with the Elder Scroll in the final elevator, the Scroll won't appear in the Stage 5. And it is located at the left of the teleporter (with the Dragon Priest mini-boss), on Stage 5. The Elder Scroll, do a lot of damage on the last Boss (Alduin), but it's possible to win without it/using it. It also slow zombies down during about 20 seconds, so it's a good idea to keep it for the very last cover (if you are sure, to not die at the boss).

Characters/Player levelEdit


Informations about levelsEdit

In ze_TESV_Skyrim there is a player-based level system which can grant you special characters each time you win a round. It goes as follows:

  • Every time a player wins a round (As CT), he/she wins 100 points
  • To see at which level you are, look at the scoreboard.
    • If your score ranges from 90-110, you are level 1
    • If your score ranges from 190-210, you are level 2
    • If your score ranges from 290-310, you are level 3
    • If your score ranges from 390-410, you are level 4
    • If your score ranges from 990-1410, you are level 4 (when you win the last stage, you directly pass at level 4)

Characters for HumansEdit

There are 5 characters for humans and it can only have 1 of each characters per round:

  • [Level 1 required] Nightingale: He has a bow, that can be used every 4 seconds with a right click, and hurt zombies touched by the arrow. The best utility of Nightingale, is his speed, that allow him to activate trigger (for doors, elevator,...), and so, humans cover less.
  • [Level 1 required] Heal Mage: He has two powers:
    • Left Click, to launch an orange thing, that slow zombies. Can be used every 6-7 seconds.
    • Right Click, to heal players around, and give them 100 HP. Cooldown of ~50 seconds
  • [Level 2 required] Dovakhin: He has 2 powers:
    • Left Click, to use his sword, and repel a little zombies hit. Can be used every 4 seconds.
    • Right Click, to use the Fus Ro Dah, and repel zombies very far. Cooldown of ~50 seconds.
  • [Level 3 required] ArchMage: He has 2 powers:
    • Left Click to launch a blue thing, that slow zombies. Can be used every 6-7 seconds.
    • Right Click to cast fire on zombies for about 5 seconds, that slow down, and ignite them for several seconds. Cooldown of ~50 seconds.
  • [Level 4 required] Daedric: He has 2 power:
    • Left Click, to use his sword, and repel zombies hit. Can be used every 2 seconds.
    • Right Click, to launch THE NUKE, you will be surrounded by Red Particles, and you will kill every zombies around after 4-5 seconds, in a large radius. Only 2 nukes, cooldown of ~60 seconds.

Characters for ZombiesEdit

There are 4 characters for zombies:

  • [Level 1 required] WereWolf: He has 2 powers, is fast but can be glitched. Illimited Number per round.
    • Left Click, to swing his arm, and kill immediatly, humans hit.
    • Right Click, to scream, and heal yourself. ~30 seconds of cooldown.
  • [Level 2 required] Troll: He has 2 powers, is fast but badly can be glitched like the Werewolf. 2 per round.
    • Left Click, to swing his arm, and kill immediatly, humans hit.
    • Right Click, to scream, and heal yourself.
  • [Level 3 required] Giant: He has 2 powers, is slow, but don't have a big knockback. 1 per round.
    • Left Click, to use the mace, and kill humans it (large radius).
    • Right Click, to crush humans, with your feet.
  • [Level 4 required] Dragon Priest: He has 3 power, is really fast, and have almost no knockback. 1 per round.
    • Humans around the Dragon Priest will be slowed down, thus making them an easy target for the DP (= Dragon Priest).
    • Left Click, to kill humans in front of the DP (little radius).
    • Right Click, to launch the ZOMBIE NUKE, you will be surrounded by Mauve Particles, and after 5 seconds, kill all humans around (large radius). Only one use.



GuideEdit


Warm-up roundEdit


Every first round of the map is a warm-up round in which all the techniques summed up above are briefly explained. During that time, you must hide from zombies at the spawns location until the time goes up (1.20 mins). When the timer reaches 0, everyone is slayed, and zombies win the round (in any case, except if you hunt them).

1st Stage: HelgenEdit


Go to the teleporter, to start. It can be good, if some people cover by spamming nades, but don't wait too much, or you will get teleported with zombies (~ 25 seconds after the round start). You are in a forest, just follow the way, and cover the humans behind you from zombies. You will reach a city, so now, you need to cover 50 seconds, 2 areas:

  • The door, half of the team is needed for this part. The door will close after 40 seconds, and will crush zombies (or humans) too close of it.
  • The tree trunk, 4-5 players are needed for this part. When the door is close, stop the cover and go back with your team.

Don't forget to take the Freezer Stick, in the house. The door to the Helgen Field will open, so enter in it, and be ready for the First Boss:

Boss FeaturesEdit

This first boss is a Dragon, easy to kill, and you can see his Health.

  • He has 2 attacks:
    • The Fire Breath: He will spit fire, you won't be ignite, if you are at the right side (80% of cases).
    • The Bite: If someone, go next to his mouse, he will bite. Don't stay in front or you will lose 200 HP (= you will die).

When the boss is beat, he will fly and disappear. The tower, where zombies are, will open briefly after, some players need to cover. Use the Freeze Stick, when zombies come, to prevent from zombies bhopper (Fall Back after ~10 seconds), during this time, others players go in the castle, to find the key.
When you reach the room, the door at the left open, wait until the second door (behind it) open, and press E on the table to take the key. The other door will quickly open, spend it, and go to the new room with the Big Guard and the fireplace. Half of the team, cover the stairs, BUT fall back 10 seconds after the console message (that say >> Cover 20 Seconds <<), or you will get killed by zombies teleported next to you. The wall of the room, will break, go in the corridor, and join the Cover area with Boxes. 1 player need to activate the lever, after that cover 25 seconds, the 2 ways:

  • The Crouch way, it's easy to defend, but don't edge.
  • The Box way, half of the team need to cover this area, or you will fail.

Then, the grid will open, quickly Fall Back, because the wooden door of the previous room will break, and so zombies can pass it. Follow the way, and reach the bridge, here you need to cover for about 30 seconds. Push zombies out of the bridge, and use the Freezer when it is needed. When the message >> Fall Back << appear, pass the little wooden bridge, and cover until it break from a rock.

If no zombies, reached this area, good, you win the First Stage. But if they passed, the wooden bridge, you can either try to kill them by pushing them out (but hard), or die and restart the round :(

Winners get 100 points, and can take a character at the shop (Human/Zombie)

2nd Stage: WhiterunEdit


Be sure, 2 players took the available characters. Go to the teleporter, to start. It can be good, if some people cover by spamming nades, but don't wait too much, or you will get teleported with zombies (~ 25 seconds after the round start).
You start in a field, in front of a city, go quickly to the door, because even if zombies are not teleported at the same area you are, they won't be far. When the door is reached, you need to cover 35 seconds, until it open. Go through the city, and after you are near the wooden gate, a message appear, that tell you to defend the first part of the city for ~40 seconds, so repel zombies as long as possible. The message >> Fall Back << will appear, the gate will break, and the Nightingale should go activate the next door (open after 30 seconds). During this time, others players cover on the balcony, and if zombies are too close, everyone need to Fall Back.
When the door open, you can only go forward (don't fall in the hole), and reach the wooden bridge, the door will open after 25 seconds. Then a message will appar, and you just have to go to the castle. After you reached the big door, cover 30 seconds the stairs, until the door open.
The door open, you need to enter in the castle, take the Heal Stick, but cover more 10 sec, until the door close. The secret exit, will open (at the left corner), pass it, and follow the way, go down the ladder, to arrive at Boss Area. Be ready for the fight:

Boss FeaturesEdit

This second boss is a Dragon, easy to kill, and you can see his Health.

  • He has 3 attacks:
    • The Fire Breath: He will spit fire, you won't be ignite, if you are at the right side (80% of cases).
    • The Bite: If someone, go next to his mouse, he will bite. Don't stay in front or you will lose 200 HP (= you will die).
    • The Freeze Breath: You will be freeze for 3 seconds, but you won't lose any HP.

If the fight is more long than ~2 minutes, the Dragon will use his last power:

  • Mauve Particle, will go out of his mouth, and he will kill every humans.

When you beat him, he fly, go on the tower in front of the field. Inside, go at the left, go down the ladder, now you can pass the ladder (used like bridge), and go in the last room. Then you go back to cover, during 20 seconds, because the grid close after 25 sec. If no zombies are inside the room, you win the stage, otherwise try to kill them..

Winners get 100 points, and can take a character at the shop (Human/Zombie)

3rd Stage: Road to Dwemer RuinsEdit


Note: This Stage is the only one, without any Boss, so it will only be Run & Cover.

Be sure, one player took Dovakhin, it is really needed at this part. He should immediatly use the Fus Ro Dah, and repel zombies so they will lose time before go to the teleporter. Then, enter in it, you will be in a forest, take the left way (more short). And enter in the cavern, you need to cover during 30 seconds, until the rock break, and let you pass.
When the way is open, go out of the cavern, and Nightingale should run to the camp, to gain time on the cover. In the camp, defend it 45 seconds, and don't forget to take the 2 torch's to light dark area. Dova use Fus Ro Dah, when zombies are too close of the camp. The big door to the tunnel, will open, Nightingale should run to the end, and break the rock, to enter in a bright cavern.

In this part, YOU need to find the Switch (and Press E on it), that will open the next door. It can be 3 things:

  • A rock at the left wall
  • A rock at the right wall
  • A rock in the ground at the left

If you pressed E on the good switch, the message >> We found the switch <<, appear, the door to the Ruins will open after ~20 seconds. Dovakhin use the Fus Ro Dah in the tunnel, to repel zombies really far.
When the door is open, spend it, follow the way and you will arrive in a big room, with a new puzzle. You need again to activate the Switch, it can be 4 things:

  • At the right, when you enter in the room, press E on the vase.
  • On the pilar with a metal box, press E on the lever.
  • At end of the room, (at the left of the door), press E on the lever.
  • At the middle right of the room, press E on the circular lever.

If you pressed E on the good switch, the message >> We found the switch <<, appear, the big door will open after ~20 seconds. When the door is open, go to last room, that you need to cover 35 seconds. Push zombies away from the bridge and slow them down as long as possible, and use the Fus Ro Dah, at >> 15 seconds left <<. Then the cover become easy, if you launch some Nades to ignite them. When the door is closer, don't stay to close of it, because a Werewolf, can still kill you.

If no zombies are inside the room, you win the stage, otherwise try to kill them..

Winners get 100 points, and can take a character at the shop (Human/Zombie). The best case, is when 3 or more players are at Level 3 (so after there is always one level 4, to take Deadric).

4th Stage: Dwemer RuinsEdit


4 players take characters, Dovakhin use the Fus Ro Dah at the spawn, like on the previous stage. Then, go in the teleporter, to arrive in the room you were before, but doors open, and some pilars break. The Archmage, go outside of the room, and when he see the first zombie, he do a Right Click, to ignite zombies, and gain some seconds. During this time, all others players activate the lever, to open the door (after 20 seconds).
When it is open, you will be in a big corridor, follow the way, to go to the new room, and activate the lever. You need to cover 2 areas during 45 seconds:

  • The first is the main, zombies need to jump to spend it.
  • The second is easy to defend, since zombies need to crouch.

Use the Fus Ro Dah, when zombies are too close, and Archmage power when the door is open, so others players can fall back without being zombiefied.

Note: Don't fall in the trap, next to the door break with a Robot in the room (you can't go in).

You will now, get to the biggest room of the stage. ONE PLAYER, need to go down to take the Elder Scroll:

  1. When you are in the room, climb on boxes at the left (next to the grid).
  2. Go in the down part (jump on the pipe, to lose less HP), and enter in the room at the right.
  3. Don't fall in the trap of the little corridor, or you will die (the ground break if you go on it), so enter in the room, with the ramps (left/right).
  4. Take the Scroll, by dropping your pistol.
  5. Go out of the room, then you can either go on the Pilar Break, to re-join the upper part, or take the other way more far (the best idea is to not take it, because zombies often go there).

Repel zombies as long as possible, during this time, one player activate the circular lever (press and hold E until, the lever is stuck). This action will, make a part of the floor, go up, and let others players, activate the hide lever. They now need to cover 20 seconds, until the big door open.

Dova and the Archmage, need to use their powers at this part. Others players follow the way, when the door is open, and reach the elevator. Activate it with a lever, and cover 30 seconds. But don't cover too much, or you will get teleported with zombies. Be ready for the boss:

Boss FeaturesEdit

This third boss is a Robot Centurion, hard to kill, and you can see his Health.

  • He has 1 attack, yes but a powerful because the Robot is very large (not like the Predator):
    • His Arms: He use his arms to kill you. You will instantly die (or almost), if he pass on you; you will lose about 50 HP, if one arm touch you.

Note:

  • Don't think, that the 50.000 HP of characters will save you, because when he hit you, it's like when zombies knife you but more strong (3-4 hits from the Centurion, and you die).
  • The Elder Scroll owner, should drop it in a corner of the room, because the item can disapear with the owner if he die. At the end of the battle, don't forget to re-take it.
  • To kill him easily, launch all your nades when the HP-bar appear, he will lose a lot of HP.

The boss dead, a new door will open, quickly go to the elevator, press the lever and cover 20 seconds. Zombies will come 3-4 seconds after the door is open, so go fast !! If the Archmage or Dova are not dead, use their powers, and so you will easily win (80% of cases).

If no zombies are inside the elevator, you win the stage, otherwise try to kill them..

Winners get 100 points, and can take a character at the shop (Human/Zombie). The best case, is when 2-3 players are at Level 4 (so after there is always one Deadric or Dragon Priest :( )

5th Stage: SovngardeEdit


Be sure, you took all the available characters. Dova use Fus Ro Dah, like on others stages. Go to the teleporter, to start.
You start in the field, you were in Stage 2, go quickly to the door, because even if zombies are not teleported at the same area you are, they won't be far. When the door is reached, you need to cover 25 seconds (not 35), until it open. Go through the city, and after you are near the wooden gate, a message appear, that tell you to defend the first part of the city for ~40 seconds, so repel zombies as long as possible. Use Archmage fire when zombies enter in the city.
The message >> Fall Back << will appear, the gate will break, and the Nightingale should go activate the next door (open after 30 seconds). During this time, others players cover on the balcony, and if zombies are too close, everyone need to Fall Back.

The door open, go to the door of Stage 2, but you will see it is close. Just after that, a dragon will appear, and break the roof of the house at the right. Enter in it, and go down to find a tunnel (during this time Dovakhin use the "Fus Ro Dah" to gain some seconds). Pass the little hole with the plank, and activate the lever; you now need to cover for 20 seconds. Attention, zombies can also come from the 2 sides.
The door open, Daeadric should really use his NUKE, because we often lose half of the team at this part, he can then re-join others players at the climb part (easy, to climb don't be scared). You will now discover the castle of the Stage 2, take the Heal Stick , and wait for the wooden door, to open (~10 seconds). The door open, go in the portal, and you will arrive in a big area, half of the team stay cover + the Archmage & the other part, go to the Circular Teleporter, by climbing the stairs and enter in the little tunnel.

When the first zombies appear, the Archmage do a right click to ignite him, and the others who appear. During this time, the others players at teleporter, need to kill the Dragon Priest (which was hide in the teleporter). He won't kill you if you don't kill him but you will never get teleported, so use Daedric and Dova sword to kill him fast. When he is dead, you need to cover more 20 seconds, and don' t forget to take the Elder Scroll on the tomb at the left (only if you won with it at Stage 4).

If zombies are too close of the teleporter, use the Fus Ro Dah, to push them in the water. The teleporter open, you will arrive in a forest, and will hear a great soundtrack, where Alduin speak to Dovakhin, move backward and cover if zombies are close of you. Just follow the way, and you will arrive in the Boss Area, so be ready for the fight:

Boss FeaturesEdit

The last boss is a Alduin (Dragon), very hard to kill, and you can see his Health.

  • He has 6 attacks:
    • The Fire Breath: He will spit fire, you will be ignite in any case, and lose HP.
    • The Bite: If someone, go next to his mouse, he will bite. Don't stay in front or you will lose 200 HP (= you will die).
    • The Freeze Breath: You will be freeze for 3 seconds, but you won't lose any HP.
    • The Wind Breath: When you see, grey particle in his mouth, run to him, because he will push you, and you can fall from the area... And die
    • The Ice Breath: He will spit ice, you will lose HP.
    • The Charge: He only use this attack one time per fight. He charge and come to you, move backward to not die (but don't fall). Then he go back where he was.

At the middle of the battle, the message >> USE THE ELDER SCROLL NOW << will appear, and this is now that the Elder Scroll owner need to use it (with E/ Use-Key). You will be surrounded by Lighning, and the boss will lose some HP, but be careful, because the lightning don't let you properly see Alduin's attacks.
Daedric can also use the NUKE on the boss, but only if the battle started with less than 10 humans or it will be useless and a waste of NUKE.

If the fight is more long than ~2 minutes, Alduin will use his last power:

  • Mauve Particle, will go out of his mouth, and he will kill every humans.

When you kill the boss, the message >> You Have Defeated Alduin << appear. Wait until, his body disapear, then quickly go to the big building, because an other Dragon will arrive and spit fire on the ground (you can die with low HP). When you reach the door, you need to cover about 20 seconds. You can think it's not long but NOT when a few humans need to repel ~30 zombies. There is now 2 possibility:

  • You have Dovakhin, ArchMage and/or Daedra
    • Daedra: When the first zombie bridge appear, he use the NUKE next to the bridge that will appear. This action will kill the most part of zombies, of course, they will quickly respawn, but at the Spawn (and they need to join the teleporter), and so you gain some seconds.
    • Archmage: When zombies passed the 2nd bridge, use the right Click, to ignite them.
    • Dovakhin: Repel all zombies in the water, and you will easily win.
  • You don't have any characters listed above, bad for you, but you still have your guns, and smokegrenade (depends of the server).

Briefly, you need 2 characters to do an easy win. If you only have Dovakhin or Archmage, it's not a problem.

The doors will close, if no zombies are inside, you will be teleported in the building, and obtain 1000 points (you directly go to Level 4). The nuke will come and kill every zombies. Otherwise, try to kill all zombies inside.
